A couple of weeks ago, I was browsing the makeup aisle at the drugstore when this beauty popped out at me.

Revlon Elusive
This limited edition Revlon nail polish in Elusive from the Evening Opulence collection has a black base with different sizes of teal glitter throughout.
I recently tested this nail polish out and was surprised to find that it dries matte! There was no indication on the bottle that this was going to be the case.

Revlon Elusive without Topcoat
I applied 2 coats here. The glitter still comes through despite the matte finish, but I opted to use Seche Vite topcoat to add some shine and even out the texture a little bit.

I hope you can find it! I’m really impressed with the new shades of nail polish that Revlon has been coming out with lately.
